why cant i grow a full beard?
i dont mind having to shave every 2 days. but the thing is. my ”beard” area is incomplete! the areas under my lower lip to the sides dont sprout hair at all. so i grow hair from sideburns extending to lower jaw area and neck, and mustache. ive been told that when i become 21 id have the whole thing growing. im 21 and still nothing. so i cant shave in a stylish way. the best i could do is a lil stubble on my chin. why is this? and is there anything i could do to help it grow.
i use an electric shaver always have. no blade no shaving cream.
Lexi is kinda right. What I wanna add is that growth hormones and testosterone plays it’s role too.
When I was a kid I had to take growth hormones and my testosterone level is higher than normal too, so.. the body hair is pretty big also. I’ve been using a blade and shaving cream since 14.. for my facial hair (I’m 24 now), this might play a role too I think.. there are some body parts that I didn’t use shaving, I used cream or wax and the hair grows the same since forever. But my facial hair after 1 year (at 15) I already had a full beard and I don’t shave so often as you do neither, only once per week.
And I think growth hormones play a really big role because from what I know people that change sex from woman to man.. they take growth hormones and their body hair sky rocket 
I’m not sure you can take it now at 21 and not sure at all if is recommended just because you miss some facial hair you might wake up with hair in other parts where you wouldn’t want it ) better check with your doctor.
