Pain in the lower left abdomen / pelvis below shipbuilding – the search continues ….?
I went to see my doctor, and you recommend, and he was sent for analysis – it does not show anything untoward happens, then I'm back to the starting point. My doctor thinks might have a tear in the wall of my pretty abdominal (hernia), although the scan does not show anything, and recommended a year for four weeks – the end He has been 8 weeks in total. I reached the end of my rope with this – the idea of not going to the gym for four weeks fills me with fear – And I'm not about to find out what is wrong with me. In summary, I have a nagging pain in my pevlic region (under the sea, left) when I do something that cause me stress and strain my abdomen. In addition to exercise, including coughing, sneezing, lifting, and our bed. At other times is fine – no pain. Any idea what could be? Any suggestions for "safe" exercise?
Yes, it seems a small tear. You have been a little too much. If you do not take the advice of your doctor and the rest, then tear and occur more in surgery …… you will not be able to exercise even longer time. I think maybe you should consider why you need to practice like you're hurting. Do you have an eating disorder too? Your health is worth everything. Do not overreach. Exercise is supposed to be good to you …… not cause injury.
