How to restore / chatty Cathy hair wash?
Forty-four years I have tiny baby talker, which has some funky hair dry. I wonder if there is anything I can do to make the hair of the doll to life, or should I return to the roots? Please do not bother to answer honestly unless you can answer the question. Thanks in advance! 
I would not do anything with it …. The hair on the wrist, was used in cosmetology class get set so bad if you do not wash in the right direction …. for someone who knows about vintage dolls
